KnowledgeForce Consulting LLC, owned and operated by Ginine M. Capozzi, is a full-service talent development firm that specializes in curriculum and course development, and training facilitation. The company was founded in 2012 when Ginine's younger brother prompted her to go into business by completing the legal paperwork as a birthday gift. His card lovingly read, "Sis, stop talking start doing. Happy Birthday, may all your dreams come true!" This was the nudge she needed to move forward. She was cautious at first, working nights and weekends on small projects, but the call to entrepreneurship grew stronger each day. Eighteen months later after attending the SCORE workshop, Simple Steps for Starting Your Business, and working with a team of SCORE Certified Mentors who provided guidance, expertise, technical knowledge, and emotional support, she cut ties to traditional employment, took the leap, and hasn't looked back.  

Ginine knew from the beginning that KnowledgeForce would grow around two core concepts: people have a right to pursue career happiness and just need the skills and resources to do so, and that each day she and her team would be asking, "How am I making a positive difference in the lives of others?" With that foundation, Ginine got started.

Today by applying Whole Brain(R) Thinking methods, as well as incorporating a wide range of talent development tools, KnowledgeForce helps organizations recognize, value, and expand upon cognitive diversity. KnowledgeForce’s customized programs help people learn to draw upon their skills and experiences to foster creativity and innovation, improve communication and teamwork, gain efficiencies within the organizational structure, and boost customer satisfaction. When a company invests in their people, you can see results in a variety of ways: improvement in strategy execution, increased customer loyalty, more effective use of resources, and a boost to the bottom line. In today's competitive and global economy, a team of resourceful and customer-focused employees can be a key differentiator. KnowledgeForce works closely with clients to find a solution that will best ensure the team reaches their highest potential.

Ginine continues to rely on her SCORE mentors for ongoing guidance to help her take her business to the next level. She is an advocate for SCORE and has encouraged several other budding entrepreneurs to work with SCORE to write a business plan, seek counsel on business structures and participate in their ongoing development opportunities including in-person training and webinar sessions.
